- putting someone in a peeler and healing them while they get shredded leads to improved relations
-healing people you've beaten up to get their bounty also improves relations
That was what I ran into but it's probably true for all similiar situations. Healing should improve relations but currently it kinda breaks the game.
It is recommended that you create a new mod as a patch.
You can create a patch mod with both faction mods and cure mods turned on.
