Go to Main Menu > Content Manager > Mods > Turn on the mod saying Unlimited Money > Congratulations, you have just unlocked unlimited money without subscribing to any mod! While you are there, you can also enable hard mode, unlimited oil and resources, unllimited soil and you can unlock everything. All of these without subscribing to a single mod.

@ajscrit, I've used the ingame unlimited money option and it worked for me. It seems alot of modders on here don't realise that the main game has most of the options available to select.

I keep seeing that the base game has an UNLIMITED MONEY OPTION but I can find no where to select that option so does it exist or not my REPAIR MOD says there is and I should use that not theis .. Whats the real deal.

@97master money mods are useful if you wanna start with unlimited jump start a city then go back to legit income. With base game its not unlimited if you switch it off your say - 9 billion
