I got rid of the "most download worthy" track pack, but will be culling the list more aggressively.

The texture resources I use are for the most part only free for noncommercial use. If snek wants to add them to the game, he'd have to either spend some fat stacks or retexture them entirely. Of course, if he wants to do so, he has my permission. :)
