Well I figured as much. The new aero physics and sensor mechanics messed up a lot of these old, intricate machines. They'd need to be entirely rebuilt.

I'm glad you like it! Go into alt mode, and then hold W to throttle up. It flies like normal planes, but if you point it straight up and cut the throttle, it will try to land itself.

They run on velocity sensors, which stop the engines upon the full landing. The sensors only activate when going down though.

Yeah, I just got overwhelmed with other projects, and I've been hopping between a number of them. Hopefully I'll have time soon to finish the SSTO and get it working on the space map. I did make a stabilizer that acts like a handbrake for it!
