sprinting animations are so bad

if you're going to replace animations, replacing base_reload with the fast reload anims would probably be a good idea. standard base_reload gets cut off due to keyframe length and looks goofy when you ramp up the fps.

@Max Paynis, the MK17's original ironsight is way too high and will obstruct views. M14 does not have any attachment bones so there's no way to remove the ironsight while using optics.

Ask Katka about the iron sights, though I think that might involve changing the scripts for the weapon.
