Wait, does this change the normal citizen or give you a special npc that is just a model skin or can you change the skin of a citizen with the properties tool.

"hexed" is kind of like a skin of a character,changed, with their model changed.

why would you replace the default manhack skin? that's what model manipulator is for.

It isnt hard to hex models. You need notepad++ or a good text editor, and basic knowledge of how Source Engine works.
