Советую сделать больше переулков, т.к. однажды на сервере, который поставил эту карту, сильно упал онлайн из-за практически пропавшей возможности игры за криминальные профессии. Пришлось делать правило, разрешающее криминальные действия в тоннелях.

Карта сделана ужасно! Стороны скайбокса окрашены в текстуру стен, что делает видимыми другие части карт.
3D Skybox вообще не нужен на этой карте потому, что он на самом деле не играет никакой роли...
Огромное количество "порталов", из-за чего оптимизация оставляет желать лучшего...
Над этой картой - работать и работать...
