If you still don't see any new map icons, and you have some of those maps installed, try restarting your Gmod and see if that makes a difference.

Looks like it works fine with Partly Adequate Mapvote. Honestly it should work with any map voting plugin/addon.

L4D2 maps are different from L4D, theres no L4D2 icons because Gmod overwrote them in a past update.
