it's not a mod (there are no mods on the workshop), it's a custom character

it has the Cry Profusely special ability from the tutorial, and as to how to use it, you need to select an empty custom character slot then pick the "Load" option, though it's been almost 4 years since I've made this and I am no longer sure if this still works

You may can use it to distract the enemies and iritate neutrals to let em see other way.

@Chill I have no idea, never tested it for people without the mod (Which my mod defines how much it costs in the custom character creator) so I say a no.

would appreciate if somebody did tell if it does or not

@StreamingSonic there's not exactly any "modded version" but rather one you make yourself where you modify the game yourself, I used third party software to achieve that as nothing official or designed for the game is out yet

If you're interested more on this there's the discord server of the game where you can discuss this there and find me there, and even find mods for the game (all are incompatible as of right now)

@henlodood I have already made 3 new abilities, but I am unable to publish them to the workshop as you require the modded version of the game (which this doesn't support yet)

to upload this I just modded the game to be able to select it as an ability, not add it, as it already exists in the game
