Lebanese should have a mix of Altian faces due to historical and racial/religious background mixtures of the country similar to cyprus, greece, and malta genetics.
Least and Minor Detail:
Altian English or french english accents fit more since lebanon is a francophone state, also it was the main hub for the French mandate in both lebanon and syria.
at least its better than having to listen to them talking in csat takistani/persian xD

Main Issue:
The lebanese army dress looks like the 1950's uniform, that wore black berets and Modèle 1978 f1 Helmets.
The lebanese 1947/1949 army was Dressed in French ww1/ww2 uniforms (Tanish Desaturated olive), had the french adrian helmets, officers wore the French Tall Cap. Units where armed with MAS36 and other french rifles, rarely any smgs passed down from france (lend leased Thompsons), the MAT49 was later adopted as the main smg in the army in late 1949 / early 1950s.
