I'm not sure if this mod caused my server to get corrupted, but I've never used its features before, as I just took the time to craft butter. Even if it isn't, I must say I'm disappointed the crafted butter isn't vanilla butter, as it has different stats and it works differently

The mod doesn't show up on the latest Build 41 release. Is it because it's been made for an earlier version?

Deleted previous comments due to inaccurate information. I am having an issue where the 800 Calorie Butter item is diapering from my dedicated server. When i go to place the item only the player who placed it can see the item sprite/3d model. Also if I leave the area where the butter is stored and return, it vanishes. Same seems to be happening on server restarts as well. Any ideas on what could be causing this? Sorry if you have gotten multiple notifications from this, didn't want to give out inaccurate info.

@cokaff, I'm not aware of any reason stale items couldn't be used. Are you sure you have the correct quantity? It won't work if too much of the item has already been used.

Cheese preparation doesn't register as an ingredient when it's stale :( Is that intentional or bug? Was hoping to use up that stale milk

You could add it yourself from the script like I did, I often modify lots of mods from the workshop that suits my needs for personal use.

Hello, is it possible to make milk from non-perishable milk powder? then make cheese, butter, yogurt and pots of sweetened condensed milk? Making white bacon that looks like butter with salt and trapped animals ?

I’ve made a Spanish translation of your Mod, and I hope you can add it. By the way, your Mod is excellent. If you combine it with “Sapph’s Cooking”, the patch made by @Vexorant, and the Le Gourmet from Snake’s ModPack, you get (in my opinion) the best combination of cooking recipes. And if you add a Food Preservation mod on top of that, it’s even better.

Could not reproduce. In fact I could not even find the butter from Sapph's cooking. I could only find base game butter and this mods butter. I tried mixing them anyways, and it would only allow me to add the second bit of butter as a spice. Nothing bad happened. I would go into debug mode and see what types of butter you have.

This mod does not play nice with Sapph's Cooking, I would not recommend it.

We had an issue where I made pancakes and added butter from Sapph's mod and butter from this mod, and it created null pancakes that nobody could pick up or use. Not without having infinite carry weight enabled, and then it would absolutely ruin the inventory of someone else holding it, causing them to instantly crash.

You can still use items from this in a server with Sapph's cooking items, but do not mix them.

I'm trying to use crafted milk to make cheese, but no matter how I try I can't come up with 10 units. I've tried making milk using different bottles, but it's no use. I wonder if I'm missing something. I tried warming up the milk bottle, but that didn't help either.

can you make a version that removes powdered milk? sapphs cooking has one and i think it make be weird to have 2 mods that have powdered milk

Is there a version of this mod that makes vanilla butter? this mod is not compatible with modded foods because it makes a whole separate item.

I wish for a Recipe to make Cereal. Corn 10 + Butter 2, Roasting Pan + Hammer to Prep , Cooking 7. Uses Pan until emptied (for Balance).

Vanilla adds "condensed milk" that replaces the functionality of this, but the cheese I don't think is craftable.

Yeah. The strainer shows in the recipe menu as white. But the cooked preparations are grey. And both are in the inventory. Forgot to mention that i am using hydrocraft if that has something to do with.
