Is there any way to equip another hat or helmet with these? I love the torso covers that expose the head, but not overly keen on having the head fully exposed without something like a boonie or cap

100% correct there they are a very useful set of Ghillies that take up the helmet slot on the uniform

It's a Re-Texture pack for the ghillie suit in TAC VESTS.
It's made to look like the special ghillies mod for Arma 2.
