Great Job! Even with American trains it works well!

During the struggle for passenger in the mid to late 70's, I modified 2 Electro-Motive Division E8's

with gangways and it was a pretty good stop-gap measure until 1978, then came the Electro-Motive Division F40PH.

Even though only 1 EMD-CM&BRR EC88-2 was made, It was succesful and still runs to this day!

@Warner, it's actually 671 MPH (1079 KPH), which IMO is more than high enough.

Thanks. I will look into it. Never touched Blender or whatever is needed for modeling for tpf before :D Well sharp turns are to avoided as in real life it would derail the trains anyways :D

It's definitely doable, using the same principles I've employed here. Basically you'd create a dummy carriage with a bounding box of 0 and place that 'carriage' between every actual carriage in your train in game and it's create the illusion of linkage.

It's not a perfect system, though - it starts to look a bit funky in really sharp turns, for example. But it'd get the job done, more or less.

Nice! Thank you! Do know if it is then also possible to have a similar or same mod which also adds all the connecting cables, metal chains and proper coupled couplings inbetween the waggons? At the moment all the cars are just held to gether by air and magic. Got any tips for me? :)
