it's hardly visible those contours. nearly the same as vanilla game. I can't say what it was before the update as i only started using this mod... and i switched over.

HI again Abby - Your current version no longer works with the PREVIOUS game build 35049. Crashes game with message "attempt to index field 'layers' (a nil value)". I learnt this because I had to revert to the previous build to test for a bug in the audio not being recorded in my screen capture program... and yes, I proved that the new build nerfed that :) But... I now can't load any of my maps etc in the previous build without this mod error... which is not very useful to a map creator LOL. Thanks for your help. Cheers!

I have just started to play this game and I'm building up some "essential" mods for the sandbox vetsion. This seems to be one of those.

The mod should be fixed for the newest version. Let me know if you run into any other issues.

Temporarily you can use Better Terrain Layer mod. Not sure how that compares with this mod but it's a lot better than current vanilla game.

I agree with Yammo. I would also like fx an alternative version where the with less whiteness. Fx a darker/lesser white.

I don't mind it for the TerrainContours, but the fact that the screen goes white every
time I bring up the LineManager makes my eyes bleed and I end up ALT-F4-ing.

This mod makes it much better but I still hate the white overlay that comes up in too many situations. Do you know a way to disable white?

I have looked for somone to make a mod like this since the first 20 minutes of gameplay.
You mam/sir are a legend and a saint.

I wondered how long it would be before we saw a mod that made the contour lines look better. The default contour lines are absolutely naff, and I'm surprised the devs did not fix this before release, but you have come to the rescue, so thanks for this. It is now so much better.

Really made it so much better. Thanks. Now, can you make the RCI (land use) background to non-white? Catchment is also white so it's white on white. Also another suggestion: Change the payment numbers to be much darker green (like TpF1) so they are not the same shade as the station logo.

I think I remember someone doing this for TF-1. Maybe it was you. Anyway, thanks for bringing it back for us.
