There is a way to change friction on the wheels with a script, ask around in #programming-modding in keen discord, either for someone to help (if you know some C#) or someone to make it for you, it's straightforward to set it (wheel.Physics.Friction) but the rest of the code is complicated if you're not familiar with the language xD

You increased the *axle* friction though, which means how much it will slow down when cruising without accelerating.

Try an insanely large number to see for yourself what its effects actually are.
