yes it is called ttt_pluto_stacks because it was made for a now-dead community. Guns and ammo should spawn as I use the default ttt.fgd and the associated weapon/ammo spawn entities as all other TTT maps do.

also no guns spawn. I assume the rearm script is using custom sweps from your server
