Engineer got a new coat
Soldier got a new coat
Scout got a new coat
Heavy got a new coat (vest, whatever)
Sniper got a new coat
Spy got 2 new coats
Medic got a new coat (labcoat, it counts)
Demo got... some kind of cape thing with the pilgrim hat

So why not this year Pyro get a coat like this? I'm counting on you Valve people.

Now this is a decent pyro coat. Real nice
