I found an OP Shadow the Hedgehog rune build that includes runes B, J, K, and O. After combining these, you now have access to an infinite Palutena nair combo that carries opponents off the stage. All you have to do is get a couple hits with nair, then cancel with an airdodge (no direction), then repeat the process. Also, hitting the first nair is really easy because you're so fast, you can probably fly across the screen in one jump. This rune combo is completely broken.

I'm (usually) not the person who adds runes to characters. It's generally up to the creator of the character to do so.

Is the buddy the 5th or 19th buddy in your list of workshop buddies? If so, change the order in Extras > Steam Workshop in the menu. That will fix your issue.
