@dangerman1973 That's the thing - I can't. everytime I change up the .lua for the thing - it's like it self-destructs. All I can tell you is that the RoF should be lower (about 600 rpm, imo) and the spread should be tighter. Maybe speed up the reload by a half-second. in Titanfall 2, the gun was an SMG used by elite soldiers. Why should GMod be any different?

@dangerman1973 Hey, I've tested around with the gun, but every time I mod it, it disappears. As the creator, I can tell you what things could change.

Oh, and yeah. I haven't tested the gun yet. lmao

@dangerman1973 Okay. Just so you know, I've only edited the LUA file for the gun's stats (things like Rate of Fire, mag size, and the like.) You may find where some of the code for the gun may be wonky, and there may be attachments coded into the gun that you may not have. Please excuse this - I didn't think you'd want to see what I did. Could you give me a DM with your Discord?

@Dead-Eye Devil, Send me the updated file via google drive, discord or a file sharing service and I will update it.

I'm not going to post my edit on the workshop (If I do, I WILL contact you first. You have my word.), but I AM going to unpack this on my PC and edit some stats of this Alternator - probably tame the recoil and spread, make the laser and flashlight POSSIBLY work, and then probably mess around with RoF and mag sizes.

As for gun feedback, the gun is a great concept, but in-game use is absolutely horrendous. Even with the attachments included, ADS is impossible, and the spread of the gun skyrockets to unusable levels when hipfiring. It's basically a max-strength, zero-dexterity build. I ONLY HAVE TO HIT YOU ONCE, DEXNERD.

I think you should credit respawn for this gun otherwise people might think you created it

Great weapon, the accuracy could use a tweak seen as it renders firing whilst moving totally useless and the animation could use some work as it's a little clunky but other than that it's fun to use and looks cool.

this thing is crazy op. I would recommend making it so that slugs decrease rate of fire. Maybe Some of the less powerful bullets increase accuracy, as that is a problem in all of the projectile types, just to make it so that you don't just spam slugs for everything and making other projectiles more viable.
