I know it is a pain but if you are going to keep your Profile Private (which is totally fine).

I still think it is completely under-gunned for planet-side action, but it is utterly lethal for its size while in space. Lag shot shouldn't be much of an issue anymore; I haven't actually experienced it since 10+, and I pvp sometimes. I'm not suggesting closed-in thrusters, but recessed thrusters would be a better bet, IMO. I stand by my empty space comments, particularly around the hold area behind the various facilities.
I like the concept and also the black & white contrast.
But I agree with DASHEDM, T3 will probably be perfect. And just for help :
- You're using 12 rocket turrets, the limit is 10, your CV won't be usable on some servers.
- Lift off thrusters are limited and weaker than the opposites ones.
