Does this mod make the value of vehicles decrease slower?

The game itself doesn't requite vehicle replacements anymore. Aging vehicles do not cost extra maintenance like they used to. They just get higher emissions. For cases where that matters you can just just increase the maintenance (temporarily if you prefer) to get it back up to where you want it. Once higher maintenance is on, it rises rather quickly, too.
The mod is still fine, does what it says (useful to some/many I'm sure), but don't claim it's necessary to repace any vehicles, ever. That's just wrong.

What? The original lifespan system works fine, but this mod is nice to tweak it, yes.
I don't think anything was significantly tweaked in that area in the last week or so either.

This mod is a must for TF2 the orginal Lifespan system is broken.
