It just means HUD icons for them, like pic of them, incap img.

Hey, uh what does the "Full Hud" they come with mean? Because I haven't seen any difference in game, health and stuff are all the same? Is there supposed to be a button to toggle it or am I missing something entirely? (Probably the case)
