@117 - I've answered your question in the collection comments, as I said it seems to happen for the Flak Vest too. I think it's a vanilla feature for items with set crafting items, not stuffables.

Research levels aren't actually useful here since I don't think the way that works has been perfected by Tynan yet, so far there's no other tech besides the one we always start with, unless you add in the scenario that you want such and such unlocked or restricted.

Guys, special thanks to Mehni who I came to begging to help me, he fixed the backpacks. The only catch for backpacks to work is for my mods using them to rely on Harmony, which is no problem whatsoever. An update is coming soon, I have to sadly remove the 1.0 version again in the folder structure to stop conflicts with 1.1. I will leave a link for 1.0 version of this mod in the description.

Things that will have to be removed:
- Refrigirator
- Radio
- FBI Raids
- Backpack functionality
- Apparel staying one color
I'm hoping the radio returns one day but the fridge is gone due to the coding just being seriously broke and outdated, FBI raids were already not 100% at 1.0 but 1.1 puts nail in the coffin. I'll try to make sure we at least have our missions and reinforcements stay cause that's more important to me than most other features here sadly disappearing.
@RavnosFX - Hi, I appreciate the offer very much but unfortunately not all problems can be fixed with money. I do not believe it will be much help in this situation, I'd rather you spend yours on something you need or to give to someone else in need.
