to delete a factory, just bulldoze it like you would a street. sandbox mod is necessary tho i believe

@Zewix You have to understand that no mods would work for Quebec. It's just another thing that makes Quebec special.

@ wildwarthog212 You dont need a mod for achievements with mods. Just go into your config file and change it to true.
