No, the type 77 was a fully indigenous pistol, designed and manufactured. The type 64 is a chinese pistol that is heavily inspired by the Walther PPK as well as the Makarov. Im making the type 54 pistol right now which is a direct copy/licenced variant of the TT-13

It was 1977 and CHina had limited experience with firearms. WHich is why they ended up designing a pistol that fired a higher load but at a slower rate. So it wasnt by choice but by ability

A desert eagle on full auto would be funny to see but impossable to control the recoil. Someone should make a full auto Deagle for fun.

If you create two, then only the faster one should have animation problems. It's you choice, it's a nice mod but the firing speed is very slow. I think it would be nicer if there was a faster one. Thanks for your hard work.

@dalittlea, this gun has a firing rate of 30 rounds per minute, I set the cooldown at 0.5 which is already 4 times the usual speed. That's why I increased the damage to 2 shot kill
