@Justicier10-7 Damage model has an effect on AFM, but to some extent only. However, if helo explodes upon tail rotor contacting a bush then said helo addon was made while its creator was happily enjoying "negligence", "incompetence" or "lazy" mood apparently ;)

Not sure exactly what effect the AFM has on the damage model.It could be somewhat more detailed.Maybe.

Out of curiosity, does this do anything to the heli damage model to make it feel more like they are made of aluminum rather than dynamite when a tail rotor strikes a bush? Or is it still stock 'damage' modeling?

Uggghhh ok thanks for the info. Will just have to accept, not that it's terrible as is. Is it an actual engine code issue or because we are piggy backing off the base AFMs?

No altitude gain unless forward movement.Like the heli is overloaded.And wasnt as easy as add more power in the engines code.

Yeah i understand that.But are you after more of that?I have worked the files to have more of that but i does result in the effect of less lift off power.

I probably haven't explained it that well but more torque applied on the helicopter resulting in the requirement for more left pedal input with an addition of power and more of a reduction of left pedal with the reduction of power.

Hey mate, you tried using chatgpt to edit any of the settings in this? I'm currently toying with some tail rotor effectiveness ideas. I'll let you know if I manage to get anything to work.

I really enjoyed ToH too.Bis need to do a remaster!
I'll have to look thru these files again when i get a chance.I may be able to take a little bit of the pitch down attribute out.

I did lots! I haven't touched it in years. It's backed up somewhere on an old harddrive but not sure it would even run now.
With the pitch down also came a lack of response to the collective movement. Flying of the UH80 otherwise in normal ops felt great! Thanks for the response and upkeep.

Thanks for the feedback.I'll keep it in mind.I am using alot of ToH code in there and that had a fair bit of pitch down once the nose was pointing down too deep for too long.You ever play ToH?

I'm getting some strange behavior during autorotations with a pitch down effect. Other than that love how the UH80 handles!

That would have to be seperate mod requiring the BW mod pack.You can contact the BW mod guys and ask if they can make their heli inherit from a vanilla heli.
