When I arrived at the red light room where guns are forbidden, I opened a small secret door and found a mine, but I couldn't use mine tongs. Is this a setting or a bug?

Well, I jumped from the top of room 5 to the bottom.

Is blue light room room room 23? I don't know very well. I find there is a red light room under the blue light room. I don't know how to go down.

Press them in order, starting with the shortest one.
So, the first position to press is C.

部屋の光の色は同じでないと解けません。
（青い光の時の文字列は青い光の部屋でつかいます。）

文字を書くようにではなくて、分かれ道で２または3通りのどの方向に進むかという事です。
青い光の部屋では最初の分かれ道は直進か左になっていて、
文字がSなので左に曲がらず次の分かれ道までそのまま前に進みます。
次の分かれ道も直進か左に道があり文字がSなのでまた前に進みます。
その次は文字がLなので左に(90度回転して)進みます。
次の分かれ道は十字路で4文字目はRなの右折します。このように続きます。

12の下層は緑の鍵が4つ揃った後なのでまだ先です。

床のマス目は関係ありません。部屋の通路が格子状になっているという意味です。
一文字ごとに分かれ道でまっすぐ進むか、曲がって進むかを表しています。
リンクはエラーで見れていません。

部屋23は過去コメントにも結構ヒント書いてあります。
最近の10月4日のコメントは参考になるかもしれません。

部屋13：一番最初に黄色い鍵を取った場所のボタンを
もう一度押すことにより奥の金網が開きます。
入ってすぐの場所の下につかまれる場所があるのでそこからパイプに乗ります。
灰色：部屋５の２F金網開閉
青色：水量管理
黄色：帰り道開く
灰と青は部屋５の３Fのソケットにプラグが入ってないと機能しません。

The moment you make a wrong move, all buttons become unresponsive. In this case, please press the reset button at the entrance of the room.

The lattice is the room itself. In the case of the blue light room, the starting point is where you turn left or go straight. In the case of the red light, the starting point is the place where you can turn right or go straight over the steps. The strings are Haydee's own movements.

I guess the latticed area is the start. It might be a little confusing.

There's a hint in room 24.
It's a horrible assumption that it doesn't make sense until you have two plugs in place.

The water is at the bottom of the basement, around the third floor. After you open the top of the spiral staircase, you'll find a wire fence in the first basement level of the vertical hole. That's where it probably landed. That means you'll have to push it again.

If you didn't use magnum bullets or submachine gun bullets, you can go nine ways... but if you did, you'll never know. Sorry.

Have you opened the red box in room 7?
There's something important inside.

Go to room 20 from room 9.
You cannot get to room 20 from room 22 by default.
Did you take the red key?
Examine its surroundings.

The red key is in room 20, which goes from room 9, and you can escape after taking the plug by allowing you to go back and forth between 20 and 22.

It's in room 14.
Use NVG to explore different places often.

If you turn on all the lights in room 18, the button on the second floor part of the room will work so you can take the key.
Did you take the night vision goggles in room 8 or the screws in room 15?

Examine carefully where many items in that room were located.

If you press the button on the pillar, the fence to the northwest of the room disappears so you can press the button on the wall. Push the button near the door that leads to room 12 to see the scaffolding. The scaffolding on the north side of the room will disappear, so push the button while hanging down. You may find it easier to see if you change the brightness of your monitor.

Look for the button on the white pillar in room 12.

You can proceed to rooms 4, 12, 11, and 10 without items. (You'll need a gun, of course.)
Screws are still later, after you get the green key.

You can get to room 21 without wifi by going through the ducts in room 12 to room 4.
You will need a screw.
