It's works but like every other comment mentions: the minigun's off. it's bascially just there to spray at the ground at low altitudes.
The grenade machinegun also does kinda low damage, I know it's full auto and would probably be too OP but still.

To Firing Tank: I have no idea how to fix the minigun without breaking the entire vehicle mod, but I'll see what I can do.

To the below two commenters: One of the maps is available on the Steam Workshop, called "River Run". The other one is a currently unreleased Project Vietnam map based on the Battle of An Loc.
