unfortunately yes it would conflict as both addons modify the same file. dunno about starting a map with console, i've never done it

I have to manually start one using the map <map> viciousvs command. Would that allow it to work?

Its also possible it could conflict with my competitive bots addon...

Thanks, I always like feedback. The reason you have to do that is because of the way this addon is loaded by the game. As the file that is changed is loaded up when you first start the game( during the valve splash screens), the game has problems with replacing it consistently. at least that is how i think it works as there is no documentation that i have found regarding how addons are actualy loaded.
I wish there wasn't this extra hassle, but i have not found any alternative that could be used.

as i am unable to test this online due to a ♥♥♥♥♥♥ unstable connection i can't really help, however others have reported success playing on local server mode when setting up the game.

I've tried this mod while playing with friends over the interwebz, but the amount of deaders was same as normal. Everybody had the mode installed and enabled.

what type of game/server should we choose to play with this script?

Great mod. Really adds back a challenge for the lower difficulties, especially because I find my bots being chewed up slowly. Becomes really hardcore if you're using a mutator like "Lone survivor" where it's just you and commons, if you go down even once, it's over. My only gripe is that even though I had this deinstalled because I wanted to play on higher difficulties (which with this is impossible with bots), I still have mega hordes attacking me.Despite this, I really love this mod, Great stuff man!

Hi blackcat, I doubled this mod up with the Extended Hordes mod as I was having trouble with the 400 per wave Super horde, so Instead I get 200 repeated for a while, I also made a Mod review of these 2 mods working together and how they effect the game:

My final thoughs of this mod is it is brilliant, it forces teamwork and you to not shoot cars for "lolz" my bots got hit by a boomer and set off an alarm, was horrible, died quickly (ON NORMAL!) 10/10 for this mod, works brilliantly (even on mac)

I tried the larger horde versin on eay, my Bot got capped quickly lol! after the t wave my Mac packed in, will let you know how this is handled on mac book pro (2011 series 8GB)
