I change the colours of each framework block just so it's easier to see/tell them apart than if they were all grey. Also sometimes depending if I don't want the blocks to merge.

It was just common practice I did so when you're looking inside the ship you can more easily see what you have available to convert them into other block types like shields or generators ect ect.

It's hard to give a perfect example Laika, but keep experimenting is a big one. I usually start with a core. So a generator, some cargo space, and then start adding a shell of cosmetic stuff on the outside with hull/crew quarters/armour blocks to make it look neat.

Artistically look at other designs you want to emulate, or naval designs. You can come up with neat shapes.

Hey Wulfspade, yeah Im trying to get better at using some coaxial setups. I need to get better at it, but it's a start at least with this one. made an interesting 4 gun setup on the 15 slot one.

Im very glad you made these ships with endgame in mind since its a nice touch putting in those turrets bases for the coaxil guns

I have to second Doomstrike here, insanely good and original. I'm amazed this is less than 2k blocks too! Very minor thing, but you blocked the torpedo launchers with tiny corners, haha. Otherwise, I can't praise this thing enough.

That's awesome to hear GulfXray! It was a lot of fun getting to make this. The Command ship plays slightly differently, but yeah they're kind of the same ship.

Dang, this is a nice ship. Changed it to Trinium, added a few shields, and hyper drive blocks - BEAST mode! 11 slots - still trying to fill them with useful stuff ! Appreciate what you built, will be back for the command ship one of these days.

Thats great to hear Darth. I have spent hundreds of hours trying to make useable ships. I'm glad they are finding use :)

OK I got this ship today to replace the WFL Battleship and I am greatly impressed. Upgrading to Trinium got me to almost 700K hull and I have 1.5M shields.. Thing is a beast. There is a lot of framework which is great I used most of mine for shields and increasing jump range. I think I might get 2 of these in my fleet and then 1 of the battleship variant with fighters as my main. so I would have 3 of these and 2 IMC C-11s for pirating. I also have a hangar ship and 4 mining ships which are all your designs as well.. I literally spent HOURS looking at designs of ships.. and I really do think you have the best selection hands down. Really appreciate your work.

Your ships are seriously some of the best I've seen on the workshop. Original and 100% functional designs are not as easy to come by as I wish they were.
