Encountered the same crash issue as namhai. Additionally, the game crashed as well during the voting for the imposter. Would LOVE it if the Murder Mystery mode could get fixed, it's such a fun idea. Amazing mod nonetheless.

I am not sure if people have reported it before, but sending chat in-game during Murder Mystery seems to crash my game and log me out. So far I think this is working great, and love the Sandbox mode. I have to wonder disabling chat is intended, but hopefully doing so won't crash me

As promised, I would update if I encountered any bugs or crashes. So far I've played as almost every character on the roster and have even been able to put points into the various characters' skill trees without issue. There is one exception, however; I just put a point into Woodie's Weregoose form in the skill tree and then the game crashed. It seems as though the conflict must have something to do with Woodie's skill tree specifically, although I can't promise that other characters' skill trees won't causes problems as you move down them.

Since my last post I have beaten the event on Sandbox mode where there is no time limit to worry about. So you can take comfort in knowing that win conditions can be met and that coins, medallions, marks, and favours all seemingly function as they're supposed to. My wife and I have enjoyed trying to win the "No Sweat" mode where the Gnaw's Hangry Meter decreases at half the rate. Even then we still lose but it's been tremendous fun all the same.

For anyone scrolling through the comments, wondering if this mod works in 2025, I can only speak from my own experience but, so far, yes. It appears to be working as intended. I haven't beaten the event yet but that's because I'm bad at it and I keep burning the food, not due to encountering any bugs or crashes. The various traders are all spawning correctly with a working trade function with each trader.

I've played as Wes, Wickerbottom, Wendy, and Willow with no hiccups. Although, others have mentioned suffering from issues related to trying to play other characters.

Hopefully this helps to allay your concerns if, like me, you were wondering if this mod works. It's been fun exploring this new setting and succeeding in satisfying the Gnaw's appetites with the few dishes that I've managed to not screw up. I'll provide an update if I run into any problems.

If anyone gets the below problem remove the mod, including unsubcribing on steam then resubscribe it will work again.

every server i try to join (including my own) i am getting error that the servers mod version is out of date.

I only tested with woodie's first weregoose skill, and it crashes both solo as well as with 3 players

hopefully helps find a fix, I love playing this with my friends

seems that you can play with woodie IF you reset his insight points, whenever a skill that affects his transforms is enabled it crashes on start

murder mystery gamemode crashes when trying to vote </3

Found that the game will crash if using a controller as soon as you try to purchase an item or interact with some items. Error messages in the log file indicate it cannot find an index for "recipepop" in the controller.

The game is not playable.

Im not sure but I think the gorge turfs got removed from the game files

Em... the game is telling me all the time that this mod needs to be updated, however when I do It It just, doesn't the icon of download appears but just stops right after and still says that the mod needs to be updated.

the server can't be joined or found once the game has started. Sincerely hope that latecoming players can observe the game like reforge. thx it's a great mod
