Please don't delete this mod. The geometric drop mod seems like it's better, but it's really not. With this mod, you are able to drop things without the geometric drop when doing quick drop with mouse, but the geometric mod does not let you do that; even if you want to drop something using quick drop, it will force drop onto the grid. With this mod, when you want to drop things on the grid you need to use the mouse, and it's perfect like that.

There are no options for changing settings without disconnecting back to the main menu. I considered adding them, but in the time I procrastinated doing so someone made a mod that does (most) of what this mod does but better. Is there an option for changing between 'turf center' to 'wall center' placements? It's a bit uncomfortable to turn off the server each time to needing to change it :c

Making a single player version of this mod would be difficult, since the drop mechanic works differently. It's doable, but the mechanic for doing precise drops would have to be written differently. Also, it would cause more coffee dancing which is already an issue in single player.

I don't play single player enough to want to put the effort into solving those issues unfortunately.

Hey Sawchuk just want to let you know that the mod is currently not working properly in the beta. I just tested in the live branch and no problems but in the beta the grid is not working.

@sawchuk awesome mod, can i ask if could be possible to add an option to switch between wall placement and turf tile centers while in game. Would be great because sometimes i need to place things on wall grid and sometimes i need turf tile grid. thank you

How do I use? When droping it's not placing in the grid

Combines the straight down inventory drop of Quick Drop (by Fidooop) and the grid drop mouse placement of Advanced Controls (by eXiGe)

It does not change the statue drop mechanic at all.
