I have no clue if it's difficult, but if you allow us to turn off the health % without turning off the names it'll be a 10/10 mod

My addon contains only 5 lines of code compared to several hundred and it only deletes the name and the percentage of life when a player is targeted (to delete the death notice : https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1917411115)
