Some of the starts, characters, stats, etc have the same name in the editor, so whichever mod is lower in the load order will overwrite the others. I'm not sure if it will cause bugs, I haven't tested having both mods installed.

Why wouldn't Skans starts 2 not be compatible with 3? they're just new start mods i'm guessing so you should be able to download all three.
