Absolutely ZERO bias as a Sniper and Glaz main when I say this is probably the best third party reference cosmetic on the workshop. Paint region ain't exactly stellar, but I can look past it.

Well polished. As many people have pointed out, this looks a bit edgy, but some people like to go for that, so that is really not a reason to not get this thing added.
