McLovinOnYou 1 I just started a new game to check it and it works fine for me, it give a lot of electricity. Maybe you didn't wait long enough for the water to flow enough or for the dam to start to work, this can take some time as its a big one when you start a new game. the dam doesnt provide any power to the start area, it is inactive
