Update: For some reason, the Dakimakura and soft toys only works in single player. I tried to fix it but I can't find a solution. I give up.

You need to have a server to host the map in order to play custom maps in multiplayer. This isn't like Killing Floor 1 in which you can host and play on a "listen server". Searching does nothing other than searching for a server that is hosting the map.

There is an European server (I think it is European) that host this map: KF-Padoru, on his Christmas server list. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/id/noobient

I have a Japanese steam friend that host KF2 servers from sometime and he host this map. If you want I can send you a message when he host.

I can't play this map with friends. It just searches endlessly for online game. Does anyone know a fix?

As of the latest update in Killing Floor 2, DLC weapons can make custom maps to be UNRANKED. If you pick up a DLC weapon or obtained it via kismet, it will make the map to be unranked. Only a player who owns the DLC weapons must join the game and share content. Only then, can you get the DLC weapon by any means without making the map unranked. I've updated this map to remove the Zweihandler. Since this is the only map that I made that physically allowed you to pick up the Zweihandler. As per suggestion, I've nerfed the barrier's timings.

Updated the map. Added purchasable Dakimakura (Body pillow/抱き枕/だきまくら) and soft toys.

Thanks! Actually I think it has to do with the KF2 SDK kismet. I used touch volume, key input and object variable. Players have reported that it opened in solo mode but did not open when they host it in the server (until I've updated it). I think it could be that the server mixed up the object variable. I am not a pro kismet programmer/coder, so I don't know if there is a better way to code or wire it. If you are playing solo, you can open it originally how I intended it to be. For multiplayer, just wait for a teammate to die or kill a boss. Lol.

Initially I had problems opening the secret door because the instructions was kind of misleading.
I tried typing the answer into the chat command which didn't work.
I was able to solve it by just typing the answer without the chat command.
I believe this is the main reason why other players might not been able to open the door.

I did a lazy patch. The door will now open when a player dies or when a boss wave ends.

Hey, did your server players/users managed to open the secret room door? I have reports that the door doesn't open on multiplayer servers. I'm thinking of making an easy patch to fix it.

I love this map, and people on my server love this map, too. It's simply, straightforward, but with *just* the right amount of silliness to keep it interesting. I would love to see more of your work in the future!

So apparently the secret room door does not open in multiplayer servers. I have no idea why. KF2 SDK works in mysterious ways.
