Thanks Avanya. Yes it's a typo it's actually 256x 256, I will change the description. Will try 128x128 next time.

Looks very nice! :steamhappy: I'm not sure if it's a typo, but your LOD texture size is off. 528x528 isn't a power of 2 size, which is needed for LODs. The closest would be 512x512, though that is quite large for a small building like this. 128x128 would be a much better size for a building of this size. :)
