This mod (reskin rather) was made long ago, before stuff like heating. I never got around to updating it with it, nor have I taken the time to learn how that works yet.

wseslaw, я уже пересобрал его. один nmf и много тектур. очень компактно. баланс тоже под новые реалии игры переделаю, но чуть попозже, на этой неделе 235 серию домов в планах доделать..

Сменяемые скины я тоже уже сделал черновой вариант, протестировал, работают, кое где нужно ночные текстуры перепривязать, могу скинуть что получилось

I don't care much for such details, but if I did, i'd say there's no reason why a wooden house would be of lower quality. What counts is the quality of our little comrades' labour :P

But in any case, you're welcome to change the flat quality in the game files anytime :)
I never hesitate to change something in the textures of mods I use myself, whenever something bothers me ever so slightly :)

Great houses, bad they upset the ballance, as they are just a cheaper version of the vanilla house. Maybe quality of flats should be lower?

I've been considering the idea of making a variant of it with some other wood-based texture yes, but it's not "scheduled" yet :P
I could try a simple repaint, but that would be a pita to do correctly as well.
