Manchester Town Hall is a great Victorian building but I doubt if I love it enough to spend days making it... Unless this is an offer of a commission in which case let's talk about rates ;-)

I'd have this as a Unique Building, and recommend Ploppable RICO so you can make the building whatever you want.

Can I also be cheeky and suggest a Manchester Town Hall asset? :steammocking:

@Borogwain sure. I'm limited to the CS categories of elementary school, high school, university or library. Maybe library is a good choice though.

Beautiful. However may I politely ask for non-office version of Town Hall? I am not sure whether school is the best choice - maybe new library is better? Or a building like SimCity library - education for kids (elem. school), young (high school) and adults (univ.) in one building?
