really keen to try this mod when you get a chance to update it - as it stands, the GUI does not respond to input, thus rendering it useless. it opens up some interesting possibilities with changing leaders without using national focuses

Didn't have the time to test the newest update yet, so I'm not absolutely sure how well it mixes with the new governments, but it shouldn't overwrite anything in OWB, so it might work.

The mod is still in a very work-in-progress stage as said before with some idea groups yet to be switched out for OWB based ones (unit based idea groups, etc), so how compatible it is beyond not breaking OWB, is up to your interpretation.

Aside from the issues it has with normal OWB too (haven't got around to making everything work perfectly, such as switching to different national ideas when upgrading tech level, and some idea groups giving bonuses to things that are either missing from OWB or are barely present like tanks, some types of ships, etc) it should work fine with Enclave Reborn.
