Thanks, I have no idea what custom scripts on my end are causing the problem. All know it was working fine, then downloaded some Fallout maps and models/props- then it just stopped working. I disabled all those addons and its still the same, so IDK. I don't play multiplayer either, but thanks for trying to help anyway

custom scripts are addons that server developers make personally for their server to make that server run something unique and special that no other server will have. its bound to that multiplayer server and doesnt carry over.

I'm as frustrated on why the map won't work as you are trying to explain custom scripts. I just download maps and models and build stuff. I don't know what a custom script is, I don't play with settings in the console, I've got all the space build stuff. I just click and play- thanks for trying to help anyway

like i said, if you want to try doing something with the planets, try the spacebuild thing. its cool

Dam sorry to be so stupid for you, I guess we are all not gmod geniuses. To anyone reading these comments the map is quite good actually to the point it would be my favourite, if it works for you that's great. Don't know about the author but, he seems to be a real c'nt to his fans

are you a bot or just hard of reading? i dont incorporate such features into my maps. as other communities might not be able to use them. or want them in the first place. so i dont add such things.

I don't understand either, when I 1st played it everything was fine. I disabled all addons I downloaded after downloading this map, then uninstalled this map, restarted Gmod and then reinstalled this map and still no atmosphere. Is there a console command I could use to disable any custom scripts that are running that I'm not aware of? It doesn't make sense why it worked perfectly the first time and now there is always no atmosphere or gravity. I downloaded "rp_imperial_divide_pre" and that works fine everytime, is there big difference between the two maps (apart from the map buildings/landscape) that maybe hint why its not working for me??

the map is working 100% as it should. like i said, the map DOES NOT have active atmosphere system. that is a custom server script.

@[TSF] Mason I've tried a whole bunch of stuff to get this map to work, but I just can't get the atmosphere to work and when I jump I just go flying off the map. Thanks for trying to help anyway, its a shame because its such an awesome map

uh. sounds like you had a custom server running custom scripts. this map doesnt come with custom gravity or the like. other servers make it that way

Can you please help me, when I first played this map (awesome map btw) everything was fine. But now everytime I play the map the "life support" doesn't work and I run out of air no matter where I am on the map. Also gravity isn't working either. Do you know how to fix this?

yes, still. in order to make the inside of the planets, the walkable area, larger, we would need to make the outside of the planet, the seeable thing, larger, but we are not the owners of that prop, and would not dare to touch it for several reasons, one being that the prop's texture (the color) is most likely already maxed out.

Hmmmm, I see. However, I seem to have misspoke on my point about planet size. I was referencing the planet's surface in tandem with the prop you fly through to land on it. Regardless, thanks for the information

the map is already max possible size. no more planets would fit unless you just want them all to be stacked ontop of each other. giving no space to fly.

adding special effects like that to do some kind of damage wouldnt be very stable.

and planet size is base on the size of the planet itself. so the planets you SEE before flying through them, are props.

i have ALOT of planet maps. given theyre smaller planets, but still planets.

Really cool. It'd be neat if the satellite had a button to shoot a laser from the pointed bottom, as well as maybe a few more planets (I read the comments below about planets, but I still feel making the map larger and more expansive would be really interesting. Perhaps also increasing planet size would be neat). It's really fun to whiz around in my smaller LFS ships, but rather claustrophobic in the larger ones. An expansion of map size, planet number, and planet size would be very much appreciated. Aside from all of that, it's a really cool map, and I've been looking for a map with planets like this for a while. Good job

not really. the map as it stands now is now just in 'play' stages. its next update will swing around later.

the map just got better. for some reason, the map rolled back and it lost the progress made. somehow a dev version got uploaded. now its fixed! :D

looks good, i think it would be better if you could also fit the coruscant jedi temple and kashyyk beach then were talking galactic rule XD

Why would it matter? as long as everyone is credited correctly and all authorizations are given to use the content uploaded.

check the comment under yours. doing some stuff like this, people will like. thats all that matters to me. as long as its okay to do it, and people like it. thats all i care about. sure original content is awesome too, but as im working on my original content, i want to make other content thats easy and people will like and want.
