personally I don't like it when a level with Passenger Flow has only two stations, leading to the obvious strategy of spamming them until all passengers have been fulfilled. however, I think it's clever here because doing so leads into a trap of underutilizing workers, making it impossible to get 5*. it took me a good number of attempts to figure out how to balance workers and passengers, while avoiding crossing tracks and upgrading trains asap. that made it a good puzzle.

Another nice level, 14:25 for me.. made a few mistakes, but powering through those commuter trains straight away helps avoid the expected collision course..

15:23 first run. Thumb up, @unclekrusty. tricky, but plenty room to work with. well balanced and also fun.

It was a tight 5 stars on chapter 2 - I have a feeling I could have done things differently for a faster run.
