I dont think its possible for concrete by now. I hope the devs will fix this issue soon.

Is there a way to assign this (or any other mod buildings) building as a source for construction office. If not - is there a solution of this issue?

Its a problem of the game currently. But the developers are about to fix it soon. At least thats what they said.

currently there is a bug that construction offices cant use custom buildings. But it will get fixed soon.
