An error occurs in the map background texture.

I'm noticing a lot of displacement seams and uneven terrain. I think some of the displacements need to be sewn.

Nice port, good that I found this map here because I couldn't launch this map from extracted files from the game.
I fixed skybox problem in other way before I read your solution with turning off HDR
If you have white objects in temple write "mat_specular 0"
About skybox, I just downloaded "Showroom maps" addon and placed 3D beach map sphere inside 3D skybox location, this work too

In Garry's mod, select: Options -> Video -> Advanced -> High Dynamic Range

Change it to None. It's reposted in the description as well

Why skybox is missing?

it seems that this map doesn't support HDR. when i turned the HDR off, the skybox is working. when i turned it on, the skybox is missing

Im suprised how smooth this map runs. hardly even drops any frames.

Perhaps it's an addon conflict? The skybox is working for me (Running this as my only addon). I know if you fly too high, the skybox will disappear, as you'll hit the "roof of the map."
