Yeah they were just to allow traffic to pass. Pedestrian access was added a little while ago but you can't use allowpass on footpaths unfortunately, it only works on roads and rails. So these are just altered to "allowpass" on the connections to allow pass through? I honestly thought it looked different at first, either I'm looking to edit the files myself on my game. I think the flag in question is "station_not_block", I'll test it out in game to see how they work. And also already subscribed to that mod.
Btw, I saw that apparently now pedestrians are also already to pass through stops, but I haven't check if they can take any pathing available, do you know about that? Like does pedestrian connections also take/need "allowpass"?

Do you have it enabled so that multiple vehicles can enter/leave the station at the same time?
I heard that it needs to be flagged somewhere but I can for the life of me find which flag needs to be enabled, not even on the vanilla stations.

When I build this I couldn't see the buildings, there is only a grey square.

Trolley buses don't use the platforms, they only use dedicated stops. I'll have a look into it when I have some free time but it may involve having to alter the model

I had no idea that the bus stations didn't allow regular traffic to pass I now have to change all my cities :/

For those wondering, the bus stops (not stations) already have this mechanic by default.
