Torch on russian slang means 'addict man'. In one russian meme dude smokes weed and then uses computer, sees 'torch' and rages, because he does not consider himself a drug addict, but simply blew(дунул).

I may just be missing stuff, but the sky is black, and the bloom destroys vision. Otherwise the map look like it could be wonderful.
