The most common reason why files conflict is because both add-ons work on the same file. Unfortunately, nothing can be done about it; you will have to pick either one.
As to your question why my add-on does not function after disabling the conflicting add-on, it can happen so the solution is to restart your game client.

@AxeKiller6277 After countless hours of cross-examination and reactivation and deactivation of countless numbers of mods and the game itself. I finally found the bad apple that was affecting this Additional Weapon Performance Overhaul (Insane) mod yours, AxeKiller6277!!!

It turns out it was Mr.Beard's https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=624543433&searchtext=Smart+Bots that was responsible for causing the reserve ammunition of this mod of yours to not appear nor function properly whenever I had both of these mods activated together. I'm so happy and elated that I finally found out what was causing my frustrating issue!!!!

@AxeKiller6277 also the top two mods in me addon inventory, The "Remove Survivor's Names" and "Semi-Transparent Developer Console" mods by my good steam friend, LIEQUDE had to be installed manually into the game's files by me. So there's that.

@AxeKiller6277 Alrighty then. Just to give you the heads-up, some of the mods I have, despite them glowing red and conflicting with each other, work perfectly fine together. Because I commented and asked, and their creators told me personally that there's nothing to about. Anyways, I'll send you the screenshots ASAP.

@AxeKiller6277 I've just tried that twice in a row now and unsubscribed and then re-subscribed to all of the insane weapons performance mods and this overhaul mod here, and the damn reserve ammunition is STILL NOT APPEARING NOR WORKING Properly!!

And to make the situation even more aggravating, every time I've clicked on the "Verify Integrity of Game Files" button, it undoes the all the steps and file directions I've taken taken to install https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2490612783 into the game's background.

I don't know what else to here AxeKiller6277!!! But I refuse to give up on this mod! Right now I have this mod's vpk. file opened up on me PC. Is there anything you or I can do to edit this overhaul's files/programming so we can finally fix this frustrating issue I've been having with the reserve ammunition not showing up and being applied to all the firearms??

Go to Library -> Right-click Left 4 Dead 2 -> Select Properties -> Select Local Files -> Select Verify Integrity of Game Files -> Wait for the verification to be complete and (if needed, the re-acquisition of affected files).
After the procedure, you may launch the game as normal.

@AxeKiller6277 I even subscribed to only this mod https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1174922734 and unsubscribed from ALL of me other mods, except for the Weapon Performance Overhaul (Individual) (Insane) mods but still the reserve ammunition is not appearing. Not a single one of them (900 for SMGs, 120 for Pump Shotguns, 750 for Rifles, 400 for Sniper Rifles, 300 for the Hunting Rifle, 180 for Automatic Shotguns, 90 for the Grenade Launcher, 1000 for the M60) are showing up and working. They're only extending the magazine (Ex: chrome shotgun 8 shells to 10 shells) and the other effects and nothing else. Even after I unsubscribed from all of my mods and then re-subscribed these insane versions and promptly restarted my PC, nothing has worked!! This is frustrating the Hell out of me! What am I supposed to do about this?!

Yes, you are correct. This add-on will only increase the damage and blast radius of the Grenade Launcher and increase the weapons' reserve ammunition.

Recently, this mod led to the poor effect of the grenade launcher. The witch needs 5 guns to kill. The range of dealing with groups of zombies is not as large as before. I don't know if it's a game bug

I managed to fix the issue, it was based on the load order. I had to disable all the mods then restart the game. Enable everything from Weapon Performance (Insane) then load a map, exit then enable the other mods afterwards.

Thank you for the information. From your account, I highly suspect that the existing scripts that you have may be the cause of the bug.
I recommend disabling all scripts except Additional Weapon Performance Overhaul (Insane), then restart your game and load into any single player mode and see if the issue is present.
After that, identify which script is conflicting with my add-on by slowly enabling them one at a time.

Also I checked just now, the main clip gets increased for all the guns, it's the reserve ammo that doesn't increase for me for some reason.

From what I checked I don't have any other addons that conflict with the mod as the colors of the text are white not red. But to help narrow it down, all I have are texture mods and some scripts like no friendly fire, left 4 bots, left 4 lib and your infinite ammo addon which I disabled.

To give context I already reinstalled left 4 dead 2, I reviewed file integrity and everything but the ammo capacity is the only issue I still have with the mod. The damage increase checks through

I'm not sure why it won't work on my pc. The weapon performance mods individual works for the damage but this doesn't increase the ammo reserve capacity if used in conjunction with the individual mods.

@kaRana You can try restart your PC , this happened to me today too,steam and game both restarted 3+ times still won't work (maybe today running steam laggy at the begainning and mods loading took too long).

First uninstall all the mods relating to this current subject matter, such as, any and all weapon performance mods. Than install this mod plus each of the Individual insane weapon mods, of which are located in the Collection above the description on this current mod page. Basically if it's not in the collection above than uninstall it as it causes conflict.

I tried to reinstall the plug-in, but it didn't work many times. The last time the plug-in failed, the number of cartridges and the power of grenade launchers changed when I shut down and restarted the next day, but this time I couldn't correct this problem anyway. I hope to ask your solution. There is no conflict in my mod. I really appreciate your works, which really make me feel happy!

I'm back, and thanks for the response. I managed to fixed my issue as I just went and made sure to download & install only the ones label (Insane). This has everything back to normal now, which is great as I love playing Expert with the Quad Damage add-on. Anyways thanks again, also big ups for the mod.
