This mod works as advertised on the tin on this date, however I have found that one of the tricks required is you have to move it to the top in the mod load order and play for a while.
When I later checked my emissions they were all gone and set to 0, except for the bad vehicle debuffs that gives you +1 +2 etc pending on the state of the vehicle.

Works great. I had a really remote mountainside town that was only accessible with a small airstrip I took great pains to find the perfect placement for so that the mountain wouldn't look unnatural and the pollution from the planes was counteracting all the bonuses I was giving the town.

What emissions does this affect? Steam locos without smoke, if so why?

TF1 is unplayable becausse off the bad industries whit or whitout mods
becausse after a short while the factory's whont produce anything anymore so no way of earning stuff even the nocost mod isnt working properly becausse you still need money to buy trains whitch is silly
at that point

Subscribed, even though no game yet. This mechanism just doesn't make sense. Without this mod, I probably will not play TF2, not long before heading back to 1.
