v You're porting a gun from a 2019 game that runs on a new engine to a game that has a nearly 18 year old engine, it wouldn't matter how high-res the model is, it's still probably gonna look like garbage.

Not sure whether it was you or someone else who ported the materials, but they look bad for weapons ported from a 2019 game, imo.
